Educational Qualification
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating RRB.
- Working knowledge of Computer is desirable.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
- Proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating RRB.
- Working knowledge of Computer is desirable.
- Preference may be given to candidates having relevant degrees in specified fields.
Officer Scale-II – General Banking Officer
- Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II – Chartered Accountant
- Passed CA examination from ICAI, India.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Officer Scale-II – Law Officer
- Degree in Law or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an advocate or as a Law Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II – Marketing Officer
- MBA degree in Marketing from a recognized University.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II – Treasury Manager
- CA or MBA degree in Finance from a recognized University.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II – Agriculture Officer
- Graduation in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Engineering or Pisciculture.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II – Information Technology Officer
- Graduation in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 50% marks.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
